1 General Provisions & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the aq77 platform and all its associated services. By visiting the aq77 website or opening an account, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with the English version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account on the aq77 platform and participate in any form of betting or gaming, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a person of full legal capacity with the right to enter into legal agreements on your own behalf.

3 Account Registration & Verification

When opening an account with aq77, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. aq77 reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or misleading information.

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

aq77 offers deposit and withdrawal options through the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

aq77 runs various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, but the following rules generally apply:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

A few more important rules regarding bonuses:

• While a bonus is active, only bets on eligible games will count toward wagering.
• A user may not claim each promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is suspected, aq77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• aq77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities on aq77:

• All bets are final. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and funds will be returned.
• If a bet is placed at unreasonable odds due to a technical error, aq77 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bets linked to match fixing, score manipulation, or any other misconduct will be voided.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts is prohibited.

The results of live casino games, slot machines, fishing games, and card games are determined by the respective game provider's independent random number generator (RNG). aq77 maintains the ability to verify the result of each game to ensure fair play.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute or complaint arises, follow the process below:

• Step 2: The support team will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may appeal by email to senior management.

In disputes, aq77's platform logs, server records, and game history will be treated as conclusive evidence. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, that bet will be voided and funds will be returned.

11 Changes & Updates to Terms

aq77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
